When I first heard of it, I was convinced that I wouldn’t have the time for meal preparation. One week in, I realized that the exact opposite holds true.

    We often don’t see the pounds drop, because we falsely assume to be in a caloric deficit, while actually having consumed more calories, than were burned. When building up muscle mass, the exact opposite is important. We have to provide our muscles with more energy than we burn, to reach the anabolic state.
