Foodporn Smoothies Are the Biggest Trend!

Because it's a trend that can't be avoided, I have something really special for you: FOODPORN-SMOOTHIES !!

A delicious mix of juicy smoothie and muscle-building protein shake! Such a huge foodporn smoothie has more calories than a normal juice, but used in the right way it can give you super powers!

Why are foodporn smoothies so good for your body?

The smoothie is rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, which makes you more powerful, fitter, and healthier. It also provides you with your daily portion of fruit, quickly and easily! The protein shake gives you extra power, keeps you your appetite at bay for longer, and supports your muscle growth.

Foodporn smoothies are handy!

The advantage is that you can take your Foodporn smoothie anywhere! Whether for school, university, work, or on the way to the gym. Forget about bric-a-brac like forks, knifes, and spoons, you can safely leave them at home. ;)
It is best to make use of your foodporn smoothie in the morning or before the workout, so that it provides you with energy and protein throughout the day or the training!

Can you also make your foodporn smoothies vegan?

Of course, every foodporn smoothie can be customized, so you can easily make your shake vegan! Simply replace cow's milk with soy or almond milk, and instead of milk protein, you can use soy or pea protein. You will also find a vegan substitute for low fat curd in every major supermarket.

To help you enter the world of foodporn smoothies, I have a few recipes for you:

Foodporn Smoothie #1: Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 peach or 50 g berries
  • 300 ml low fat milk (vegetable milk)
  • 50 g low fat curd (soy yoghurt)
  • 30 g of protein powder e.g. vanilla
  • 1 kiwi & 2 strawberries

Preparation:

  1. Cut the fruit into small pieces.
  2. Add the fruit (except kiwi & strawberries), the measured milk, the curd, and the protein powder to a blender.
  3. Cut the kiwi and strawberries into thin slices, and place them on the edge of your smoothie glass.
  4. Fill the protein smoothie mixture into your glass.
  5. If you like, add some yogurt, like in our picture.
  6. Done. 

Foodporn Smoothie #2: Yellow Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 50 g pineapple
  • 50 g mango
  • 200 ml orange juice
  • 1 tbsp honey (agave syrup)
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1 kiwi & 2 strawberries
  • 100 g yoghurt

Preparation:

  1. Cut the fruit into small pieces.
  2. Add the orange juice, the fruit, the ice cubes and the honey to a blender.
  3. Cut the kiwi and the strawberries into thin slices and place them on the edge of your smoothie glass.
  4. Fill the bottom 1/3 with some yogurt.
  5. Then fill it up with the fruit puree.
  6. Done. Enjoy your foodporn smoothie. =)
