- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 large handful spinach
- 150 ml water
Put all ingredients in a high-performance blender and blend. Pour in a glass and drink.

- 2 kiwis
- 2 red apples
- 2 bunches of parsley
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 100 ml almond milk
Wash the vegetables, and peel the fruits. Add kiwis, parsley, spinach, and almond milk to the high-performance blender and blend. Put the apples in the juicer and add the fresh apple juice to the mixture. Blend again and fill in glasses. Enjoy.
