Summer-Sunshine-Smoothies Bring the Vacation Feeling to Your Home

Yellow Smoothies Are the Perfect Summer - Sunshine - Smoothies

For breakfast, in between, to go, or as a refreshment – smoothies can be enjoyed anywhere and anytime. The colorful drinks are fruity, creamy, quick to prepare, and full of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, which make us efficient and healthy. Whoever drinks (or eats) smoothies regularly will soon feel fitter and healthier!

Smoothies are a perfect vitamin bomb, and refreshing on warm days. Conjuring some sun into your glass, or in your breakfast bowl, is really simple! Here are two wonderful yellow Smoothie recipes.

Recipe 1 : Yellow Smoothie


  • 150 ml orange juice
  • ½ banana 
  • 1 kiwi 
  • ¼ mango
  • 1 nectarine

To Prepare:

Cut fruits into small pieces, throw in the blender and puree until you reach a desired consistency. Add orange juice, blend again, and enjoy.
Why not add ice cubes to your smoothie on hot days!

Recipe 2: Yellow Smoothie Bowl


  • 125 g Natural Yogurt (for Vegan: Soy Yoghurt Natural)
  • ½ Mango 
  • 1 Apricot
  • 50 ml Orange Juice 
  • Toppings of your choice (Linseed, Chiaseeds, Amaranth, Nuts, Granola … )

To Prepare:

Cut the fruits in small pieces and blend. Mix in the yogurt and the orange juice. Pour into a bowl, and add any choice of topping. Bon Appetit!
