Ice cream is always something special! From cherry-coconut to raspberry-chocolate - we all have different tastes and preferences. You can now create any flavor without ice cream maker. How that works?

The hottest trend and eye-catcher are POPSICLES. Are you curious yet?

Got your sticks ready? Let’s create something yummy!

1. Ice Cream Recipe: Cherry Coconut Popsicles

Recipe for 8 pieces

Cherry filling

Ingredients:

  • about 450 g frozen cherries

  • 350 ml water 

  • 100 g coconut blossom sugar or stevia

  • 10 ml lime juice

Coconut filling

Ingredients:

  • 180 ml coconut milk

  • 180 g soy or coconut yogurt

  • 60 g coconut blossom sugar or stevia

Preparation:

  1. Give all the ingredients in a blender and mix everything up well.  

  2. Pour a tiny bit of the cherry filling into the ice cream molds and give them into the freezer for about 45 minutes.

  3. In a second bowl, mix all ingredients for the coconut filling. Once the cherry filling is frozen, give the coconut blend on top. Repeat this until the molds are filled all the way.  

  4. Freeze the popsicles for about two more hours.

2. Ice Cream Recipe: Raspberry Vanilla Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 400 g frozen raspberries

  • 2 tbsp agave syrup

  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract 

  • about 350 ml coconut milk

Preparation:

  1. Give raspberries and agave into the blender.

  2. Blend coconut milk and vanilla extract separately.

  3. Then give raspberry filling and coconut milk in the ice cream forms, alternating to create layers as seen in the Cherry Coconut Popsicle recipe.

  4. Give the popsicles in the fridge overnight.

3. Ice Cream Recipe: Apricot Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 450 g fresh, pitted apricots, cut in half

  • 75 ml  agave syrup

  • 1 dose of coconut milk 

  • 1/4 tsp cardamom 

  • some vanilla 

  • a pinch of salt

Preparation:

  1. Give all ingredients into the blender and mix well, until there are no chunks left to see.

  2. Give the filling into the popsicle forms and let them rest in the freezer for 12 hrs.

Ice Cream Recipe: Chocolate Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 220 ml coconut milk 

  • 7 pitted dates

  • 50 g unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil 

  • 55 ml water 

  • 40 g unsweetened cashew nuts

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • optional: topping such as granola or coconut flakes

Preparation:

  1. Blend all ingredients, except chocolate drops in your food processor or blender. Mix them until you reach a creamy consistency.

  2. Then stir in the toppings.

  3. Now fill the popsicles with the chocolate mass and let them sit in the freezer overnight.
