Enjoy Muffins Without Bad Conscience - Oat-Protein-Muffins

The main ingredients of  these Fitness Muffins are bananas, oats, protein powder, eggs or an egg-replacer and berries

Everyone knows them, everyone loves them, everyone wants them… Muffins.

But not everyone wants or feels like baking all the time. Luckily you don’t have to! If you can defrost a pizza, then you’ll easily manage to prepare these delicious bites.

Oats - Protein - Muffin - Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 100 g oats
  • 2 small bananas
  • 35 g chocolate protein powder
  • 2 eggs/egg replacers
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 50 g berries
  • Toppings: nut butter & coconut butter

Preparation:

Mash all ingredients, except the topping and blend them to a dough. Give the dough into muffin molds and bake them for 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. 

Then give the nut butter or coconut butter onto the warm muffins. 

The recommended reusable muffin tin is perfect for this job. You can grease it with a little coconut oil before giving the dough into the mold.
