Yoga poses can be seen all over Social Media - Which one would you like to learn?

This article doesn’t talk about the different styles of yoga, such as yoga vidya, hot yoga, power yoga, karma yoga, kundalini yoga and so on. I am sure you’ve come across at least one of these terms before and probably have already made your own experiences. 

If that is so, even better!

I appreciate the history and background story of yoga very much. But that will also not be today’s subject. 

This article is all about yoga poses and is meant to inspire and motivate you to explore one of the following poses.

Set yourself the goal to achieve the correct position of one of these yoga poses. What you’ll do with it afterwards and how deep you go into the topic yoga, is all up to you!
